This award is granted to a Pennsylvania Art Therapy Association member who demonstrates an outstanding and innovative approach to art therapy through technique, practice, or otherwise. The recipient’s unique and cutting edge work exemplifies new frontiers for the practice or application of art therapy.
OUTSTANDING SUPERVISOR AWARD-Brianna Haffner, MA, ATR-BC, LPC
This award is granted to a Pennsylvania Art Therapy Association member and supervisor who demonstrates outstanding mentorship, encouragement of art therapists, and demonstrates excellence in leadership in the field of art therapy.
HONORARY LIFE MEMBER AWARD-Michael Fogel, ATR-BC, LPC
This award is granted bi-annually to a candidate that meets the criteria listed below.
• Current member of the Pennsylvania Art Therapy Association (formerly, Delaware Valley Art Therapy Association) and living in the region.
• Present member of the the American Art Therapy Association with at least the Art Therapist Registered (ATR) status.
• An art therapist who has made outstanding contributions to the field of art therapy by publications, workshop, therapeutic skills, innovative programming in the Pennsylvania Art Therapy Association.
• An art therapist who has maintained professionalism throughout his/her/their career.
