Job Descriptions All PAATA Board Members will:
Publish quarterly in PAATA newsletter on topic of choice or delegate this task.
Provide input for programming and timely response to PAATA communications.
Attend monthly PAATA Board meetings.
Participate in programming and events as able including the annual conference and business meeting.
Newsletter Chair:
Publish Quarterly Newsletter (Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall) with content including but not limited to:

List of Supervisors
Send email to PAATA membership and board asking for submissions approximately one month before publication, and an additional email one week before publication due dates.
Take pictures at PAATA events to include with summaries of events or delegate this task.
Coordinate with Membership Chair to update distribution list on newsletter server as needed.
Coordinate requests for paid advertising along with the Corresponding Secretary, PR Chair and Treasurer.
Correspond with members regarding newsletter questions/inquiries as needed.
