Job Descriptions: All positions are expected to contribute to the PAATA quarterly newsletter, provide input for programming and timely response to Board collaboration, attend monthly board meetings, and attend scheduled PAATA events as able.
Jobs Research Co-Chair:
Conduct bi-annual Jobs Salary Survey of membership to publish on the website, and in the newsletter.
Conduct online search for employment opportunities in PA, NJ, and DE.
Disseminate jobs research related information and answer questions for members as needed.
Public Relations Co-Chair:
Maintain PAATA social media accounts.
Manage advertising through email and social media for all PAATA events.
Update and maintain PAATA website.
Maintain PAATA gmail account by answering email inquiries and/or forwarding to appropriate board members.
Maintain a current board member directory. As changes occur send updates to the AATA Director of Membership Information and Programs and update the list in glasscubes.
Maintain a current student representative directory. As changes occur, update the list in glasscubes.
Manage e-motions by sending motions to the Board of Directors, tracking votes, then sharing final results with the Board of Directors. Store finalized motion documents in glasscubes.
Send and collect signed Board of Directors agreements when a new board member joins. Store copies in glasscubes.

Deposit checks from AATA and events in a timely manner to appropriate account.
Reorder checks when necessary.
Maintain records of bank statements.
Maintain records of checks written by filling out the “Check Tracking” form andattaching receipt.Maintain records of checks deposited by filling out the “Checks Deposit” form.
Maintain the Paypal account, making transfers to bank account and documenting.
Maintain the cash box, ensuring that PAATA has change for events.
Balance the account.
Fill out expense/revenue sheet (Treasurer Report)for AATA at the end of the year;submit.
Request 1099 form through AATA (in February) for anyone paid over $600 (Keynotespeaker) during the previous year and ensure that this is filed.
Complete an annual budget with President based upon previous years’ budget andfeedback from the Board.
Co-chair fundraising committee.
Pay PAATA bills (website, launch DM, PO Box, chapter insurance, etc) in timely manner.
Government Affairs Chair Alternate:
Maintain liaison between the PAATA, the AATA Governmental Affairs Committee, other chapters within the AATA, schools within the PAATA chapter offering art therapy programs and other alliances that contribute to legislation/licensure
Monitor funds contributed to legislative efforts
Attend annual business Meeting of Chapters at the AATA National Conference (using Delegate stipend). If the Delegate cannot attend, the Alternate Delegate will attend. If the Alternate Delgate is also uable to attend another Board Member may attend. If a Board Member is unable to attend an individual from the general membership will be sought.
Submit an article to the AATA quarterly newsletter when requested. Include upcoming and current events, award notification and other pertinent news of the chapter.
